Excellent food & drinks await you at our open-air, traditional thatched roof restaurant and bar. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 9 pm daily. We offer steaks, fresh fish, pork and chicken, and can accommodate most palates with prior request. Enjoy tropical cocktails from our fully stocked bar. Rum is the drink of the Caribbean, and we offer twenty different varieties. We also have a lounging area with comfy couches, where you can catch an afternoon siesta or leaf through one of our books. The rancho is situated with an amazing view of Dolphin Bay.

Right next to the restaurant is our refreshing 10,000 gallon rainwater swimming pool. Enjoy a meal by the pool, while relaxing with a cool beverage in the shade of one of our umbrellas. The pool is the perfect respite after shopping in town or hiking on the grounds. Not staying with us? Our pool is open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Join us for lunch and a swim. If you’d like to bring a group, just give us a call beforehand so we can be ready for you.

We have a generous twenty-five acres of beautifully groomed gardens. There are countless tropical flowering plants and trees that you may appreciate right from your private deck or while taking a stroll on the property. Our gorgeous grounds are a perfect backdrop for an intimate destination wedding.

Explore the property on horseback for a special view of our manicured gardens and virgin jungle. You may have an opportunity to see monkeys in the treetops, a furry kinkajou or even a brightly colored toucan. Truly a unique experience in the islands.

Included in every room rental is use of our kayaks. Our property overlooks Dolphin Bay, so there is plenty of opportunity for you to get out on the calm water. Explore the bay for up close and personal dolphin encounters.
