Horseback Riding in Panama

Hacienda de Toro's Guest Ranch is the only equestrian stable in the region and one of the first of it's kind in Panama.

Hacienda del Toro offers all levels of riding lessons or simply take one of our gentle horses out and discover the beauty of Panama rain forest on horseback.

Our combined passions of horsemanship, the sea, and jungle offer you a unique opportunity to experience Panama's rainforest from the comfort of a saddle. During your ride, you may see monkeys, sloths, red froges, parrots, toucans, and other unique wildlife of the region.

Cost: $25 for day visitors/$15 for resort guests (includes guide, horse with western style riding and western saddles, & 1.5 hour trail ride through the jungle).

Register in advance at our office, Casa Azul on main street. Tours last approximately four hours including travel time to and from Isla San Cristobal.

Hacienda del Toro's office and dock are located on main street in Bocas Town, Bocas del Toro, Panama. Our launch leaves daily to the Isla.
